Quest privacy policy.

FivesFlow was previously named Fives: Merge & Grow. Current Android and Quest releases may still use that name; the platform-specific data practices below remain the same.

Privacy information for FivesFlow on Meta Quest, including its optional 3D beta.

Effective · Developer: Arman Moradi

Your saved boards and scores stay on your headset. Play offline without a separate FivesFlow account. The optional 3D practice board uses hand, controller and headset tracking locally and does not save its runs.

1. FivesFlow for Meta Quest

This policy covers the free Meta Quest version of FivesFlow for Meta Quest 3 and Quest 3S. It opens in 2D with four puzzle modes. The menu also offers Try 3D (beta), an optional immersive practice board with a warning that it is still in development. The iPhone and Google Play versions have separate privacy policies.

2. Information stored on your headset

The 2D game stores your current boards, move history needed for Undo, scores, Career stage progress and mode unlocks, local run records, a timed run’s deadline, active-play counters, and settings on your headset. These enable saved games, local high scores and your chosen sound preference. FivesFlow does not operate a server that receives these saved boards, scores or Career progress.

The optional 3D practice board keeps its board, Undo and score in memory only. It does not save a run, change your 2D Career progress or add scores to your local records. Leaving 3D ends that practice session.

Progress is separate from FivesFlow on your other devices. FivesFlow does not enable Android app backup or offer its own cloud-save service. Manage any separate device or platform backup copies through those services.

3. Optional 3D input and room view

The 3D beta uses Meta Spatial SDK and OpenXR to display the board and recognise input. While 3D is active, the game processes headset position and orientation, controller position, orientation and button input, and tracked hand-joint positions, including your wrist and index fingertip. These are used locally to place the board, display hands or controllers, recognise directional finger movements and operate controls.

Tracking coordinates are temporary working data. FivesFlow does not save a recording of your hands, movement or tracking coordinates, create a biometric profile, or send them to the developer. Basic runtime and error messages may be written to device logs; this release does not intentionally log raw tracking coordinates or upload logs. If you choose to send a diagnostic log to support, it becomes part of that support conversation.

Meta’s passthrough service displays the real room behind the virtual board. FivesFlow does not request access to camera images or videos and does not record the room. It does not request eye tracking, body tracking or a room scan. Meta processes headset and tracking information under its own policies and device settings.

4. Offline play and platform services

You do not need a separate FivesFlow account. Meta Spatial SDK supplies the 3D rendering and device input described above. This release does not include Meta Platform SDK account features or request your Meta user ID, profile, date of birth or account age category. FivesFlow does not perform an account entitlement or age-category lookup.

Both 2D gameplay and 3D practice work without an internet connection. The 2D saved boards and local high scores also work offline. The app does not request internet permission, include a developer-operated analytics service or send gameplay or tracking information to a developer-operated server. There is no cloud-save or global-ranking service in this release. Opening an external policy page or emailing support uses a separate browser or email application and may require a connection.

Meta operates the store, headset and platform accounts independently of the FivesFlow game. Its processing is governed by Meta’s own privacy terms. Read the Supplemental Meta Platforms Technologies Privacy Policy for those practices.

5. No adverts, purchases or global rankings

This Quest release contains no adverts, in-app purchases, developer analytics service, multiplayer or global leaderboards. It does not include the mobile versions’ AdMob, Google Play Billing or Apple Game Center integrations. It does not publish your local high scores to other players.

6. Children and platform accounts

The same local puzzle gameplay is intended for children ages 10–12 and teens and adults using supported Meta accounts. FivesFlow does not ask for a birth date or age category and does not require a separate FivesFlow account. Meta controls its own account eligibility and parent-managed account features. The game is not intended for children under 10.

7. Your choices and deletion

Settings → Reset progress asks for confirmation before clearing Career progress, unlocks, saved boards, Undo and local high scores on this headset. The sound setting is kept. Removing app data or uninstalling can also remove local saves; manage any platform backups separately.

3D is optional: remain in the 2D game to avoid its immersive tracking features, or choose Return to 2D to end a 3D practice session. Meta’s device controls manage hand tracking and other platform settings. Any device diagnostic logs have their own system retention and are not removed by FivesFlow’ Reset progress button.

8. If you contact support

If you email armanmrd@gmail.com, Arman Moradi receives your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. This is used to respond and troubleshoot, and is kept only as needed for the support conversation and related obligations. Please do not send passwords, verification codes, payment details or unrelated sensitive information.
